‘Symptoms’ are useful signs that your body is out of balance… understanding what might be the underlying issue (root cause) is the first step to addressing imbalance. I look at the whole picture rather than ‘just’ a collection of symptoms.

I focus on a whole food diet along with lifestyle adjustments to fully support healing. As part of this process we will explore whether specific nutrient supplementation and functional testing are required.
