Hello, I’m jasmine,

I help women who feel at the mercy of their hormones and support them to make simple, manageable changes to their diet and lifestyle so that they can reclaim their vitality and feel in control of their health.

When working with clients, I firmly believe that if we get the basics right, we can live happier and more healthful lives. A whole food diet and supplementation, (where necessary), is a core foundation for good health. Finding ways to help the body adapt to the stresses of our modern day lives along with improving sleep and self-care practices form the basis of my approach. I’m motivated to help clients create a simple framework that doesn’t add to their workload but that supports and nurtures them, physically and mentally.  

I love food and the health benefits we can harness from food has fascinates me, there is so much we can influence through the food we eat. My interest in this area increased since having children as various health issues and needs required me to develop my knowledge. The desire to give them the best foundations for health, led me to study Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, UK. 

As a mum of two, I know how hectic life can get, I’ve experienced how it feels when you don’t make time to tune into your needs and feel like you are running on empty. As I’ve stepped into the perimenopausal phase of life, I’ve developed my expertise in women’s health.
